For strut mounts, the 96 M3 mounts aren't centered, so you can have more or less camber, depending on how they're installed, but it's not infinity adjustable. The spring hats are part of the shock mounts.
Buy front strut reinforcement plates, they're cheap. For rear, get something urethane.
With the alignment, the front only has adjustable toe, keep it stock. For rear keep the stock toe and try to get near stock camber. This is if you just plan on driving around town, with no track in mind. More aggressive angles will increase tire wear.
"Driving is like a narcotic, an addiction that can take over lives. It ruins people, breaks families apart, and even kills. Itís habit that needs to be fueled. Time, money, rationality, sweat, knuckle skin, and anyone who disapproves are of little importance to a driver, and are often overlooked. Hi, Iím Nelson, and Iím a drivaholic."
