Inspection II is not warranty it is maintenace, if your car is still under warranty and we find parts that need to be changed that are under warrenty then we will let you know and you still can go to the dealer to get the warranty parts replaced.

I am familiar with the inspections, previously working at a dealer I have done 250+ inspection II's

An Inspection II is your cars 1st major tune-up under the dealers recommended maintenance plan

Those are all wear and tear items. Warranty will not cover. should be done at 80 000km. Right when vehicle goes out of warranty. Extended warranty covers limited items.

That is excellent! where are you buying the parts at? Bmw directly at full price?

I should start coming to you for my oil changes now that I've used up all my free ones from the dealer!

I buy parts from a OEM wholesale dealer , they are the exact parts the dealer installs, sometimes they even are in BMW the package. All the parts are the Original Parts suppliers for bmw..

And yes you should be coming to me for your oil changes

Do you mean pads or pads and rotors.

An synthetic oil and filter change for most 6cyl runs about $80

Give me a call at the shop to setup an appointment.

Special still on.

Just to let you guys know, even if your car is leased you do not have to go to the dealer after or during warrenty for your maintenience or brake services, you just have to keep your service record up to date.

Inspection 1 is done at about 40k, its a small service, the indicator is on your cluster, the first time it says inspection is for inspection 1.
