2.8 stroker

hey im thinking of putting a 2.5 head on my 2.8 eta is this a straight bolt on or do i have to mess around with anything else????

You mean 2.7 eta, right?

Either way, it will work, but will not give you any gains. In fact, it may be worse. Lower compression ratio (7.9:1 IIRC). You basically need super-eta pistons (or bottom end) to get the right piston shape to take advantage of the I heads larger combustion port and it's shape.

eta's are 2.7l. NOT 2.8.

Yes its "bolt on" if you bolt on everything from a i on the top end, electronics included.

You will end up with a gutless low compression (~8.2:1) 2.7l NOT a stroker.
