yea it's a lot of control and tricep/shoulder strength involved.....i can't balance myself for sh!t....so i wouldn't be good at that stuff.....i know if i trained twice as much as tehse guys i could probably be half decent.

if u guys wanna try it out....go for it...afte rsome practice u can really kick some ass!

I think Milk is right. I also think most of the holding legs up is back/arms and his legs are probably pretty light since they are under developed.
