What i find funny, is that the name can't be given to protect the 17YO boy..... WHY?!
Stupid young offenders act, this kid OBVIOUSLY knew what he was purchasing and why he was purchasing it, why should he have to be protected!

i say that because i work with delinquents, I see how many freedoms they get and the "slap on the wrist" penalties for doing so many crimes. One time i used to work at a detention (maximum security) facility and when the kids were discharged, many of them did another crime just to get back in there. they used to refer to it as an "all you can eat sports camp".

Have you ever seen Deliverance? That was based in the Atlanta area. I haven't seen many hillbillies but it's kinda cool how all the "tuners" gather. You will see high end (BMW, MB), Import (Ac, Honda, etc) and the trucks (3500 series with big tires). They all mingle together.
