Mod list for the New "girlfriend"

I'm on my second BMW in the last 2 yrs. My girlfriend (ex) crashed my E36 about 4mnths ago. I have $6000 to spend after buying a 1997 e36 (318 w/ my body kit and interior). Its pretty decent but not up to par w/ my last car. I have compiled a list of items i plan to buy within the next couple of mnths. My question to you'll is...What if anything should i add to or delete from this list...I'm not in a big rush but i'd like to get the car ready for maybe April when the weather changes..Any suggestion would be greatly appreciated.

# 13 on your list shows 4 all season tires, Your doing all that suspension work dont buy all season tires. Buy a max summer performance tire.

I live in Maryland so i have to make some comprimises. It snows a lot here occasionlly and i cant afford to buy summer & winter tires, so high performance all-season are the best compromise for me right now.

Instead of spending $6000 on upgrading a 318, why not take $3000 or so and buy a 328 first. Then, if you want, you can mod that car.
