If it is indeed a Sport(full ///M body trim, except the mirrors) then it is a VERY good deal. Got a picture?

opps my bad its not a Sports...it a active for sure though..has these options
electric sunroof, 15" sport alloy wheels with 205/60R all-season tires, leather steering wheel and shift knob, cruise control, on-board computer, remote keyless entry system and alarm, metallic paint. He added items that I thought was a sport...tempting car to buy..heard nothing seriously bad about the ti's..even the sub 1996 models...

Sport vs non-sport
Daytona,
AFAIK, one of the major differences b/t the sport and non-sport models is that the sport had a LSD diff. which gives you better acceleration and is obviously better in the snow.
If you end up getting this car I happen to have a 4.44 LSD from a 318ti sport.
It's in great condition with no leaks. $200 firm.
Let me know.

4.44 is too short for manual tranny.

318ti
Daytona:
Here's a picture of my "95 Club Sport. Note the mirrors, which only were used that one year. Also, someone said that the Sports model has a limited slip differential. That is not necessarily true. It was only an option.
cheers,
Jack

The differences between Active and Sport are
Active has standard A/C and Cruise Control.
Sport has standard M-Technic sports suspension and LSD
Options on both models
1. Heated front seats
2. Premium sound system
3. Leather
4. Center armrest
5. OBC
