I know there are a few members like myself who have recently turned of age and this will be their first election that we get the chance to VOTE IN...WOO HOO!

so i was wondering if any1 knew what the site is to actually add ur name in to be eligible to vote....apparently you can get on the list online now.

But besides that feel free to throw various information about each of the parties and their 'agendas' to help each of us make a more informed vote....

Knowledge is power ppl...it's our democratic right to vote..lets do it as informed citizens

Voting sucks, I'm supposed to vote for the 'least worst', the 'lesser of evils'?? It's like telling me I'm going to have my nuts kicked, then asking which nut I'd rather have kicked, left or right.

My vote is definitly going for Conservatives. I think they have a much better chance this time around too, because their platform has finnaly been released, and it looks very promising.

I wouldn't go as far as calling them nazi's either, since as far as conservative platforms go, it's actually pretty liberal on a social perspective. But on the other hand it's conservative on a fiscal perspective.

I watched both the French and English debates, and I thought Harper did a really good job in getting his platform across, much better than the last election. Layton sounded like a preacher, Martin kept tripping over his own words, and I think came off worse than any of the other leaders. Including Duceppe. (who actually came accross quite well, aside from the whole seperatism thing )

but didn't the conservatives say something about throwing out troops with the united states...sounds like a scary idea to me...

I think a lot of ppl will vote Conservative JUST because their sick and tired of the liberals.....however the dude in my area reppin the liberals is a really helpful guy....

i'd say that this is slightly bias in favour of the conservatives (even though i support them)
