damn Merry x-mas to you, eh.
This is where we can all agree, some cops are real Goofs

In 04 I mad a left at a T intersection, exiting the 417 round Ottawa
As i approached the intersection the light went yellow, i went throught it making my left.

due to the near 100% humidity or a Coolant spill (or my worn Left tie rod)
my cars rear end broke loose (fwd at the time) causing a very audible chirp.
I get pulled over 5 seconds later at around 1am on the deserted roadway
Cop was foaming at the mouth swearing, like i did this shit on his front lawn

comes back to the car 6point $325 careless ticket
To your insurance co Careless is like a DUI conviction,
expect your rates to SKYROCKET or they'll just drop you.

I tried fighting it myself, that is a long painful story of injustice.
I mean i knew the ticket was crap, the cop "heard" my car chirpping, etc.
But since i don't have a law degree my common sense arguments wern't listened to.
So i had to drop $700 on a lawyer, he got it Dismissed for lack of evidence.
I'd really like to throw a brick through the cops home window for his X-mas present, punk goof.
anways this all just got reloved last month, yeah happened in 04!!

On a happier note I got pulled over in my Bm few says ago.
cop told me i was doing 121*kph in a 80kph zone, told me to
"slow down & havea safe xmas" cool cops rock

Humidity and tie rods have little to do with it. You were going to fast for the conditions, and your tires. The cop was right.

Sucks. The top guys around here charge like $250 for that.

wow just like you've actually met me, inspected my car (at the time) & have a actual clue what the heck you're talking aboot.

Too bad you really don't though,
kinda like how you told me I'd absolutely destroy my fenders rolling on those 540i rims i have

no but your right Mystikal my Z rated directional Kumho's just decided to go Korean on me at that exact moment

your also absolutely correct too that the near 100% humidity causing
dew everywhere; cars, grass, road etc, had nothing to do with my brief loss of traction.

Thats why they teach us motorcyclists to ride in the middle of a lane, especially when raining. yeah all those oil, gas, coolant drippings ARE just Great for Traction

it;s just mystical your powers of all knowingness!
He too was so sure that road conditions had nothing to do with my
FWD JETTA
kicking its rear out that he wrote the weather conditions as "warm & dry"
even though Gov weather sites had it recorded at 70mm of precipitation over that 24hr period.

mystical are you by a chance a cop?
not that there's anything wrong with that (in most cases) was just curious.

Okay, so you're admitting that you were driving too fast for the condition of the car AND the weather conditions. If that doesn't warrant a ticket, I don't know what does. That's like saying if a posted sign on an off-ramp says you can go 40km/h that that speed is acceptable in the snow. Of course not, it's very dangerous. Everything was covered in dew, and your car had damaged suspension suspension components. Suck it up.

BTW, don't try to hide regarding the E39 wheels. I read your post on VW Vortex stating precisely that you tore up the fenders. You just didn't post that here, because you knew I was right.

Busted yes...But Mystikal is also slightly inacurate with his lawyer claim....Top lawyer charges 250 here? Starting rate at X-copper is 300$..which will work for small speeding tickets...Careless driving charges will bring you up to a much higher figure... I have a family friend who charges slightly less then X-copper which runs a starting price of 215$ which will get you off once again small speeding tickets....Careless driving will be almost double.

Unless you know of somewhere else..in which case send me the number

1st off I ADMIT nothing.
Secondly i was unaware of the problem, and my car had been serviced recently too.
I enjoy owning well maintained vehicles, loose, wandering steering sucks.
third : in response to "blah blah blah"
I'm sorry you get scur'd in ur tired broke @ss E30 at 40kph in the rain & have to slow ur roll to 20kph, thats kinda sad actually.
fix ur sh|t.

fourth: drop me $10K & you can tell me how to handle my tickets
for about 2 seconds then i'd tell you to go suck it up.

Hmm, since YOU have absolutely NO CLUE as to what your typing about
I'd simply ask you to post a link to this supposed thread.

why you gotta come at me like a 5yr old, makin crap up?
that jealous? your life suck that bad?
I know youre trying to bust my nutsack I am really curious as to why though.
but how can i even sweat someting so insagnificant as ur sad B.s. ?

loosing half my points off my license to some (obviously) roid ragin midget over my tires chirpin, thats significant to me.
maybe i did deserve some kind of ticket Mystikal, like noise or not stopping in the middle of a intersection for a yellow
but a 6 point careless for "chirp" is a little severe.
kinda like you in this thread.
me dropping my relevent experiences in this thread is very on topic, what your doing is going waay OT to tell me basically i suck

Yeah see he was also completely full of sh|t in this regard too.
points & x-copper don't even gaurantee RESULTS...
and from what i've heard people post about them. they apparantly just go & get the reduced fine the crown always offers.
so save $300 & just go yourself & do that.

Me i fight my owns tickets win over 95% of em too.
but when you got justices asking you "what you need disclosure for"
for a fairly serious charge that can affect your free mobility,
then you get a CONVICtion notice int he mail for a "trial" you didn't even have a court date for....
you Hire a Bonafied Fk'n LAWYER

And Again NEGATORY on the me being busted
http://media.putfile.com/Picture-10249
notice the almost 90 degree right i do near the end of the clip

wow look at all those fender chunks, look at all that shredding!

You're the one to try and scapegoat the sliding to a tie rod, not me.

I said snow. I also guarantee my car is more capable than your E36. My suspension costed more than your car.

I don't get it. You want me to pay you to give advice? Damn, I thought I was demanding.

I just wanted to make it clear that the ticket was your fault. You were going too fast for the conditions, don't blame the officer.

I wish I could find the thread right now, but the Vortex search function is terrible. It was very recently, and you know it. Another member asked you if you had fender issues with the Style 5s and you spelled it out precisely. I recall showing it to another maX member and them laughing too, so I didn't imagine this.

Nope, I'm not a police officer.

I also don't post on Vortex, because I don't own a VW; I just browse the 4x100 classifieds. A link to your thread was actually within a FS thread, I remember it clearly. If I knew which section it was in I could find it, but like I said I never bother with the other sections.

I also have no idea who bigB is.

Jay, don't worry about this guy. Him and his brother can't even cruise without hitting each other.

Dan Johnson, he's been charging us (a bunch of maX guys with scary tickets) around $240-260 per offense, regardless of conviction. He's also an ex-officer, that is definitely one of the go-to independents in Toronto. Got me off a 4-point ticket, and Quack off very many 6-point badges.

His office number is 416-580-9295. Yonge/Sheppard area.
