yeah I know about the e-brake but without it? is it possible?
heres my dilema:
my e-brake hasn't been used for a long time.. Last time we used it was a year ago, and when we did use it, it locked up and over heated our rear discs.. Not a big deal but could cause them to warp, had to get that released and that means driving up to our friends garage.
haha so yeah..
also, just for the record, my all seasons are holding up real well... just took out for a spin earlier good traction.. obiovusly you cant go too fast, and must allow more break time but they work alright :p

Many campuses, including UTSC have a police station on site and are still considered private.

if it's on private property then the owner has to call the police and press charges otherwise the police have no jusidiction there. but they can pull you over after you come out of the lot and slam you with some bogus charge and if you argue then they just take your plate call the owner and ask if they want to press charges.

If it's actually private land, he can dispute that charge.
