Never actually got anything from them, but I was literally (---) this close to buying a set of Nokians there this winter, but they had run out of my size. I havn't heard anything bad about them, and they were recommended to my by friends.
Also, if your lucky, you'll see someone dyno'ing a HOT car in the dyno shop in that plaza.

Spoke with them today about a set of rims. I was quoted $400 more that anywhere else. That is the only experience I have had with them. Take it for what it's worth.

I've poured thousands into them over the years, and I've known Colin (and some of the staff who are still there) since I was like 12. You can't beat their pricing, but at the peak times of the year their customer service can take a nose-dive. Still better than these other 1-2 employee shops (they have like 6 guys working the counter all the time), but you will have to wait sometimes.
Funny enough, I'm heading over there in about an hour to meet a friend. If you guys are ever there look for my car, it's my second home.
And oh yeah, Paul I'll call you in a bit and get you a price. Sorry I never got back to you on the weekend or whatever, it was hectic.

No worries Jay. Ordered them from the states, i was in a rush b/c I have to ge these snows to clarence lol, so I had limited options. Oh yea and apparently there is no Canadian distributor so everyone orders from the sates anyways.

i have bought 3 sets of rims and rubber form them... customer service can suck at the regular customer desk..... but i've always dealt wholesale with dave.. and he is awesome..
if you are buying over the counter, never take their first price.. they will obviously try and get as much as possible from you...just barder with them..
the only con is they gave me the wrong center caps for one set of rims.. but then they gave me a new set for free and let me keep the old ones...
and another time they shorted me two valve stems.. other than that...pretty good..
