Weider 146 Bench - $60

Used for 2 1/2 months... I just bought a new Ironman bench so this has to go.

Comes with Bench, Leg attachment, Prechear curl attachment, box, and manual. Bar and all weights NOT INCLUDED. It's assembled right now so if you buy it you basically come by my house and disassemble it. That way you know it's complete and everything fits!

$60 bucks

Thanks Justin.. Yup it's 3 incline setup and 1 depressed... The only thing is it's the narrow version but still a good bench to start with

I now have the Ironman which requires a 7 ft barbell

The dumbell costs around 190cnd+taxes i think.. i'll have to dig up the receipts.. I got them from fitness depot when I started out 3 months ago.

The expensive ones are the 6' and 7' barbell bars and tri-trap bar

Sorry RIKS RYD, i'm using the weights for the new bench. You can buy some cheap weights at either buyandsell.ca or toronto.craigslist.org.
