i think i ran a red light on friday night at bathurst and bloor.

i was already in the intersection because the cabbie stopped right infront of me, so i went around him.
accually 2 questions:
1) does the camera flash at night if it snaps a picture (it didn't)
2) do they need to clearly see your face in the picture?

1. yes camera flashes at night, some intersections are still testing so your probably lucky

2. they need your plates only i believe

Also thats why there are no demerit points removed for redlight tickets, bcus you cannot prove it was the driver, so its just a fine.

oh. that's good, i'd rather pay a fine (im assuming its like 200-300$ right?) than get demerit points.
