cogeco bandwidth usage check.

can someone with cogeco. tell me if they can see their bandwidth usage off the self care site.
mine says 0 for everything even though i probably downloaded atleast a gig in the last week.

mine for rogers has been messed up for a while now and shows nothing as well.

isn't cogeco and rogers same thing?

Cogeco is like rogers internet, in that it is an isp but beyond that they are different corperate entities. cogeco is based out of Quebec actually they bought the rights to the hamilton area from rogers back shortly after rogers scooped up mclain hudson(spl?) i believe was the name, rogers sold to cogeco and so thats why cogeco is the major provider for Internet, digital and anloge tv as well as VOIP now in the hamilton and surrounding area. i quite like the cogeco service, very reliable for me, never had a problem and any questions or concerns i have had, the techs and operators there are always very friendly and actually quite knowlegeable, which can be rare nowadays.
