^^ yup
My #1: Dodgeball. I had tears streaming the whole movie in the theater. I got scared one time because I actually felt like I was choking, I couldn't breathe in from laughing too long.
National Lampoon's movies (for me, Loaded Weapon) are awesome.
Austin Powers movies have top 5 moments but overall the movies aren't top 5 funny. Dumb and Dumber is a contender. No Adam Sandler movie belongs in the top 5 (although Spanglish was hilarious, because he wasn't being an Adam Sandler character but tried to act, and pulled it off).
You guys mention movies that are way too new. The new comedies are all lame. They're all the same awkward situations, dirty mouth shit, like harold & kumar, american pie, wedding crashers etc etc etc etc. It's all the same movie with slightly different characters and story. Airplane! is an amazing comedy and does it without swearing or characters being awkward Seinfeld retards. I like what Ebert said about these new comedies now, how all of the "problems" in the movie would be over if one person said one word, but he's too stupid and just makes things worse (so they could continue for another 2 hrs).
