I've heard that Pelican Parts (search the web, it's an online store) is a good start...

well i just phoned that Used BMW parts place and they said they do have a complete clutch for me for a good price.. but this being my 1st manual transmission car should I get this clutch or should i get a new one for twice the price ??? i dont have alot of $$ to spend on this, but i dont want to get a clutch that will only last me a few days maybe weeks and die out again. under normal driving conditions obviously..

You can usually tell if a clutch has been abused or not when you go pick it up.. if you're not racing your car, just put a used one on. I'm still on my stock clutch at 204km on the clock. And I've had 4 people learn how to drive manual on this car (including myself).. not to mention the previous owner..
