It's an Oil Cap and it should animate after download:

I see a silver oil cap... and when i press on it, it turns green.

It only changes colour for the section you click on, it dosent animate by itself.

Well, it's an anodized aluminum product that I'm probably going to sell, along with a radiator cap, brake cap, DME cap.

It's going to have the finish of the Palm V

yes it animates if you press on 'play', good job, what is that for? are you going to make models of that?
