got pulled over by the super cop!
ok so sunday on my ways to the Bills game i got stopped by OPP and heres the situation, im going down the QEW doin about 120, its raining and i seen an OPP on the side of the road, i passed by him and then he pulls out, i sneak my belt on (didnt have it on) and he gives me a ticket for it, all this while im amazed by the fact he can spot me with no belt on (in a truck)
how will this stand if i goto court? with the raining and him on the side of the highway and all? am i ****ed for 110 bucks?

are u guys just posting without reading the thread?....he got a ticket for not wearing his BELT
jeeez i had 6hours of lecture today plus a 2hour accounting midterm and i can comprehend the post....whats ur guys' excuse

what colour was your shirt and how sneaky did you put your belt on?
if the belt was close to the same colour as your shirt you can say you did have it on. also, if he can see it hanging on your left side easily then your kinda screwed.

haha, I read it, and I knew he got a ticket for his belt, I was just surprised that the cop overlooked that he was going 120 in a 100..

In that case I would go to court and fight it.
For one reason, he may or may not show up in court and two you have a good reason indicating why he could not see if it was on or off. It's worth the effort, you can probably save the $$ and points as well.

when i was on the side of the highway i watched cars pass and i couldnt even being to see how on earth he busted me! it was next to impossible! super cop!

Why did you even stop?? he was parked on the side, you could of downshifted and taken the 2nd exit... and got away easily.
If you can get away. do it. **** the police.
