That E46 M3 was wheelspinning so much off the line.

Interesting...once again, me n brian have raced C5's numerous times, we have won jsut as much as we have lost. It ALL depends on the driver... we even ran an OLDDD OLDDDDDD OLDDDDDD guy it was so funny, the m3 took him and he said "shit that thing is fast, i wanted to get one but went with this instead" oh well, both are great cars, the only thing is, i don't want a car thats made out of plastic..

Those Vettes pull hard. The power well of the LS1 engine is pretty deep. However, most of the C5 drivers I see are women or old men. There are a few who actually know what they are driving and know how to drive them. Stock C5's are pulling low 13's in the quarter, with excellent drivers, which puts them on par with the E46 M3. However, anyone who has sat in one of those things can see plainly that it is all plasticy (except for the seats, very nice and plush), and somewhat reminiscent of the Fbody interiors!
