seat weight

can anyone tell me how much a vader seat weighs? and if possible a set of vaders+the back seats? thanx.

I installed a set of vaders not too long ago and they felt arround 60 pounds or so each....

depends if they are heated/power, but 60lbs is a good ballpark. The rear seats are not much ... maybe 30lbs total?

yeah they weigh more then twice waht regular sports cloth seats weigh.

that much eh? hmph....i wonder why they would put a heavier seat in the sportier cars...doesnt seem 2 make sence...but hey, im not gonna start questioning bmw's engineering, everything they do has a reason...thanx for the info guys..
