you know the first 24 hoours you "quit," your respiratory system actually begins to heal.
think about that too...which means better ventilation between capillaries and alveoli THUS increasing oxygen (volume of O2) transport to your junk and therefore resulting in harder stark erections

i think seeing this every day and seeing how much you saved definitely makes a difference in helping. i also heard that washing your clothes and getting rid of that cigarette smell helps a lot.

I quit almost 7 years ago. I smoked 2-3 packs of JPS a day. The first few times when I tired to quit, I said exactly what you did "I don't want to smoke..." but after a while, I wanted to again.
When it finally worked for me was when I didn't avoid my triggers. I still took my coffee/smoke breaks, stood outside beside my friends who were smoking. Went to the pub, pool hall, jammed with my band. I realized that changing my whole way of life was too much to tackle, but I could handle dropping just one little thing.

^^oh absolutely. I still smoke pot almost every day, so the triggers are there. Its just not worth it for me to smoke. I'm 22 and have spent nearly half my life as a smoker. I've been getting fed up with it for a while and i really think its time to quit. Time will tell, but i'm like 5 days in and feeling good

I first started smoking when i was 13, been smoking regularly since 14-15. At first i'd roll my own cigarettes (a bag of loose tabacco cost like 10$ back then, and would last a month).

Tried and failed by the looks of it!
I don't smoke and I never have so this may be meaningless. Everyone I know who has quit smoking has done it cold turkey with no help whatsoever. This includes people who have been smoking for longer periods as well, even 20-30 years.
When you really want to quit, you will quit.

I had friend who went to this clinic that makes ur quit smoking in 1 session takes about 1 hr..
u basically walk in the dude hypnotizes you, then 30 mins wakes u up and asks you to go have a smoke (i seen my friend come out, light up a cig, 2 tokes and then throws it saying thats disgusting). After that walks back in continues his session and he was done.. been 2 yrs never smoked one after.
I can ask and get you the places # if you're interested. its about $500 i think.
