Stroker 4 cyd M44 ?

Looking for info on turning a 1.9L into a 2.3L M44 stroker.

Same reason people make strokers out of eta's in their e30's.
2.5 or a 2.8 swap would have more power I know. 2.3L stroker only puts out around 190 H.P. peak at the flywheel.
Not really what I like more fragile and less nimble more to maintain ect....
Could simply buy a mustange for that for cheaper.
