hard top for the 318 convertible?
I've got a 96 318 convertible. I was wondering if anyone around here knows much about the convertibles. Perhaps someone could tell me if there is a hard top that can be bought to put on for the winter?
Thanks

Yes there is. Hardtop is available at the dealership... takes two people to install, but only takes a few minutes.

yes... i like it alot
im thinking of doing a few minor mods.
perhaps some sort of headlight modification, but i know nothing about them. and from what i've read so far on these forums, theres alot of choices - which is bad, cuz i dont like making up my mind. perhaps someone could make a suggestion?
also - thanks for the help with the hard top. anyone know how much they cost, and if they can be found anywhere other than the dealership?

Personally I prefer the OEM ZKW European Spec headlights with Angel eyes. The other brands (i.e. Hella) or chrome ones don't seem to suit the car as much in my opinion. Take a look at www.umnitza.com for some choices.
The hardtop I believe is $1800 from the Dealer. You can find them used for around $600-$900. I think there was one in the For Sale section here not too long ago. If not, then eBay.
