Thats 10,000 pounds not $$ and 40mph is not that fast, it's 64Km/h next time your in the car drive that speed then imagen how much damage your car would have at that speed. It would be NOTHING compared to the hit that SUV took. You would expect that much damage had you been going in your car 100++ km/p
