climate controll conversion ???
hey guys, im about 2 buy a 94 euro spec m3 and was just wondering about a couple mods.....eventually i want 2 do everything and anything 2 gain better performance but nothing major yet, upgrading to this from my current 95 325i is a big enough step for now..anyways, i was just wondering if it is possible 2 convert the climate controlls 2 the newer style digital setup...anyone know if its doable and whats involved?...

Not worth it..... the digitals are more likely/easier to fail on you.... stick with the turn knobs!

The red one is so hot... and its 45 of 45!
It think number 45 or number 1 would be the best to get, just cause its either the first or last one that was ever in canada!

yes it is possible to do. you'll need the climate control and two harnesses from the dealership. it's plug & play with the harness, but it will run you a good $700 or so.

I'm talking to the guy with the red one (#45). His price is high, but we'll see ... it IS 12 years old after all. It's that or a nice 99 techno in the US
ps ... sorry for the thread jack.

it depends on what you want to be special, remember that the alcantara wears out faster and more noticable than leathers..
randy's dad did own #1, me n him took it on the niagara cruise a few years back..i still remember when he sold it for his C2, nice car!
