OCT.11/02
I would be interested but what do drivers' and cars require at the track. My car is low and not as fast as some but would be willing to see how slow it really is!! What do we need and what can not run?
Plz let us know.
Thanks
Burnhard

Oh yeah,
I have one question.
I've heard that if your vehicle runs faster than a 13.999, on some tracks a helmet is necessary.
If so, does anyone know where I can get one (rent one)?

I bet you have fun beating people in that pickup. Very nice trucks though.

Thanks, Gamite!
The truck is fun.... verrry fun. I love the look of Vette and Carrera owners' faces when they see the red brick beside them all the way!!!
I have to learn how to drag race though. I've never done it, and I am probably gonna make an ass of myself the first time down that 1320 ft track.
I'm curious to see if I can run even with an E46 M3. More than likely they will take me after the first 1/8 mile (aerodynamics, weight), but I might as well try!
Nice car btw Gamite, I love the E34 5 series. There is a nice one in my area (Yonge and Royal Orchard) black with E39 M5 rims. It looks real sharp. I love those Hamanns you have on there, it makes the car look aggressive but at the same time classy (kinda hard to explain).
Are you gonna be there on the 11th?

Hey Moerom, you live near a Banquet hall right? Royal orchard is just south of Langstaff? That banquet hall is where Sisley Honda has their Christmas parties.

I live at Yonge and Centre streets, near the pond. Royal Orchard is the next major light north on Yonge from Centre St.
I didn't know there was a banquet hall near me. Do you know what its called?
Grrrr......
I'm reading on nloc.net how to drag race efficiently..... its gets pretty technical. I'm all confused!
So Rob are you coming on the 11th?
