Was just experimenting with the camera. More pics will follow, too tired to do the rest now. These are resized/shitty quality.

u need to auto white balance so that the pics don't come out orange.

Yea, it drives me CRAAAZY!!!..

setting the white balance all depends on the camera, best bet is to look at your manual.

Well I meant more in theory, why does it come out orange like that?

I had my white balance setting on "outdoor", next time I'll leave it on "auto" see if that makes a difference. The camera is a little old so I wouldnt be surprised if it will still come out like that though... Until I get something nicer.

I like the orange-look in this case.. photo of the veedub would've been awesome if it wasn't for the civic behind it.

I'm sure outdoor would work if there was sun... but keeping it at auto works quite well, or set the wb for tungsten light if you can

Set it manually with a white piece of paper. That works the best If you don't have manual wb, like HIM said, set it at "tungsten"

how would I go about setting it manually with the paper??

Im using a fairly old camera right now doesnt have too many settings. ill be with this one for a while till i save up some money and get something a little more high end.

Its a sony dsc s70, had it for about 5 years or so now was good for when it came out, now it doesnt really compare to whats out there.

Im pretty sure that has a white balance on it. Check the manual. Or bring it friday.

Yeah, it has 3 settings I think , Indoor, Outdoor, and Auto.
