Woofer; I believe the electrical connectors will be the same. The bolt pattern is the same but they may be spaced differently (4 bolts). I know that for e30 you need to fabricate a bracket.

Actually, it would be three tone. Black/Grey and TAN. Lol.

I believe so, the bolt pattern should be the same. Worst case, a small bracket may need to be created on one side with 4 holes.

i have E36 with non powered, heated seats...so how would this work in my car?

Jonny your car is most likely prewired for it... if not its just a simple matter of getting power through a new fuse to the two electric motors (height adjustment and back and forth adjustment - the backrest angle is manual)
