You make a race with a smart long enough, it may win simply due to the fact that it won't have to stop at gas stations along the way. You could roughly calculate how long you'd have to make the race if you had enough information.

**** best bang for your buck would have to be SRT-4 's ive seen them do crazy things BUT i wouldnt spend a penny on one .....
