Bought another house!

Well the last house I "bought" had asbestos in the insulation so we released it back to the owner.

I just got the call that the offer on this house was accepted! Now the home inspection has to be done by Sunday and I think it will go just fine.

Now the only thing I don't like........no garage! Oh well I guess I will have to build my dream garage! LOL!

So who wants to help me out replacing the shingles on the roof within the year!

Buying your first house, it's always a good feeling!
Welcome to the world of mowing the lawn, replacing shingles (which you already mentioned) painting the inside and outside of the house, etc...

Now unemployed, if you really need help and willing to pay a few bucks.. lemme know... any work on the house / around the house I can do. (roofing, masonry, electrical, plumbing, flooring, drywall, etc..)

Just till I get back on my feet.

hahahaha,,,i could just see it now...everyone'll forget about the housewarming and become a German car show.

seriously though, congrats on the new house. it feels awesome, i've lived in my own townhouse for 2 years now and even though i'm (almost) broke, it feels good b/c I know my money's going to a worthwhile cause.
