wats with this cop car?

was at dufferin orfus carwash and this suv pulled up with these 2 cameras on the roof, i was like wtf and then this cop got out and asked the guy if he could take it in the car wash, of course he couldn't, i just wanted to know what the cops are using this for?

as far as i know it is used in parkin lots to run plates and to take pics in bar parking lots. some are radars as well

Yeah, they cruise through parking lots and the software reads plates off and checks for outstanding tickets, insurance info, etc. New thing.

they know have these in the cruizer. Scarborugh 42 division has 2 cruizers equip with these toys.

you think thats bad i saw 2 cops get out of a suped up civic wearing their uniforms (it was a nicely modded civic exterior wise may i add):S.....apperently they are now driving car like that to catch street racers. Correct me if i am wrong but that's what i heard. It also wasn't the first time i have seen a cop get out of a suped up car.

if i cop race's you and gives you a ticket for it, no way in hell that would hold up in court

it's not used to race against... its used to infiltrate the scene...you see a cop car roll up, everyone is gonna bim... a done up civic pulls up, know one will think different

no they are talkin about plain unmarked done up civics.


Plus the pacer program is no more, I know the guy who started the pacer program and has the rights to that name, he is no longer with them and took his rights to the name with him. which is why i think they started the ERASER program.

whats the eraser program?

Biotek they aren't used for racing as mentioned above. More as instigators i guess.
