In our case and of course depending on the suspension design, if you have adjustable camber plates you will see that altering the camber will alter your toe. more camber, more toe.

I'm not sure what the function of change is but it will vary also depending on your ride height.

If its a street car thats why they suspension companies (TC Kline, GC, etc..) will tell you to set to camber at minium (street setting) and then do the street alignement (low camber and very minimal toe in). You don't want to be running toe in on your maximum camber setting that will chew up the inside of the tires. Just imagine the wheels angled towards each other in the front and on the top with the car moving forward... Now if you go max camber you will get additional (negative) toe (which in turn improves your turn in). You should have negative toe on your max camber race setting.
