damn earthquake

there was just some big earthquake right now
biggest one i've ever felt, still waiting for the local news to say how big it was
no damage to my house, just a couple bottles in my bro's room tipped over that were on top of some shelf. my mom was at church when it happened everyone just ran out
but keep in mind, i live near the San Andreas fault

ya, we did have a minor quake here in 98. I was in Hamilton in my office and I though my boss was playing a joke and shaking the dividing wall but nope. Crap like that dosn't happen much around here and I'm glad.

I also expirienced 6.0 earthquacke back in Cyprus, i lived on the last 4th floor, and the way it was it started shaking sideways at first and then it changed to the one that goes up and down ( the worst one) my tv fell from a stand, my cds were all over the place, we didnt run downstairs because we had no time, we just stayed in between doorways (thats what they usually say is the safest place) and most of the houses and building there are antisysmyc SPL? and erthquackes there are usual stuff... but its scary indeed.
