wow....... I also know Josie very well, I saw her just last week at DQ in woodbridge with her car and some of her friends... That's horrible, Josie is a cool girl and it's horrible to see that car ruined. I read in your post that she t-boned the van, but who exactly was at fault? Did she run the red or did the lady cause the accident?

if you read its probably the lady, since she is getting chargeed.

True, but Josie must have been going pretty fast to flip the van... I mean if she ran a red light, I guess she would have been charged then?

dosnt mean she was going fast i think, it should do with the angle the van was hit, and to the side it was leaning towards when being hit...


i doubt she ran the light, witnesses would have seen that stayed.

This is true, good point. Well, hopefully she is okay and will replace the car.

i thought the person making the left is always at fault cuz they cant go through unless they are 100% sure a car isnt coming, unless someone runs the light and there is a witness then that person isnt at fault.

You are right.I asked a cop and he told me if the person makes a left and messes up it's his/her fault.If you look at the van it looks like the M3 nailed it.
I agree with whoever said that M3 must have gone fast at least horsing throught the yellow light perhaps when both people must get out of intersection before it turns red.

^^^ You would be surprised how much damage a 40mph collision can do. I was doing 40 when I hit someone running a red light and it totaled my car.

Not necessarily. 95 Plymouth Voyager, completely sideways on the 403, going from approx. 120 km/h. Never tipped, unless I had angels pushing against the van. I got the van sideways a few times, wore down tires faster, but never tipped.

I don't know if this is true or not, but I heard from a friend that her car MAY be repairable... I haven't seen her in a few weeks, but my buddy sees her often and that's what he mentioned to me. I think I would rather have the car just written off you know - a clean slate of sorts you know... anyways I'm not too sure if there is any truth behind this or not

Yup, it's getting fixed.
I was w/ her/friends last night...
She says its coming out 'sicker' than before. LOL

She's got a boxster S rental too... lol
