They don't even need the DNA evidence. They have the tapes which should have voided the plea bargain. There was a condition in the plea bargain where it should have been cancelled if any new evidence which proved she was more involved in the activities then she said she was at the time of th eplea bargain.

she served her alotted time in jail...she completed her jail time so she is "legally" a free murderer...same joke as the OJ Simpson case where the jury was biased towards a not guilty verdict because of the Rodney King incident.She deserves to be jailed for the rest of her life but she was the crown main evidence for the prosecution of the a hole husband...the video tape was not found until after the crown signed for a plea bargain with her...I cant understand why her parents are so eager to have her back,she did kill her sister also!!!..eye for eye in my view as how punishment should be served...
