I program CNC machines for a living so this is something that I should be able to make. Does anyone have the specs on spacers? Like the diameter of the lug holes and overall diameter of the spacer?

I don't, but try searching on R3VLimited. I swear I've seen autocad or whatever drawings on there.

Jay, I have to thank you one more time for all of your help. I have learned so much about rims the last day and a half. If not for the help of you/all of these BMW forums I would've picked up the rims and been really pissed when they didn't fit.... Your help was/is very much appreciated. Thank you. I'll post some pics of the car when I am finished. Now to find a forum on body kits....

is redrilling a 5X120 to a 4X100 a good or bad idea?

There are proponents on both sides. If it's filled and redrilled properly, it will hold up, even to track duty. The trick is that word...properly.

205/45. 205/40 looks...bad.

You can go with either 5/10 or 10/15, just depends on how much rolling/pulling you're okay with.

I have a couple on my laptop I did while I got bored. Any person with solidworks or solidedge or catia should be able to make a wheel spacer in about 30 seconds, given they have the information. Tell me what you want and if I have time I'll throw one together.

Hi I'm new. Just wondering about XXR 501's in 16"x8" ET15 with 225/45/16's on a 1990 318is. I am prepared to have the guards rolled, but not pulled. The car will have BC Racing coilovers on it. Will these fit? Otherwise I'll probably go for 15" Ronal LS's with 225/50/15's.

Will very likely need pulling.

Thanks. Ronals it is then.

In terms of tyres that fit no problem, you quote a Falken ZE-512 on page 2 which has been superseded by a ZE-912 with a section width of 231mm, which is 9.094 inches. Sounds like they will fit? There isn't much else available in that size.

They will fit. With the Ronals you can fit a 9.4" section width without fender rolling. That wheel started my obsession with fitment about 10 years ago.

BTW that stated width is on a 7" rim, it's more like 9.2x" on the Ronal.
