If you are serious, you can ship to my mailbox in Buffalo, since I'm shipping some stuff down there soon, and we can road trip that shit.

Just bought some euro 15" basketweaves

which I believe are 15 x 7, with a 24 offset.

Stock size is 205/55/15 right? (OD of tire 24"). Can 225/50/15 be used?

Thanks.

Yep, either tire is perfect. The 225/50/15 has a slight chance of touching the rear fender lips, depending on how wide the tire runs. I'd still run them.

Thanks.

I'll keep a look at for any rubbing in the rear.

Ive asked this question on another forum.
I after some Work VS XX three peice wheels

I was going to go 18x8 front and 18x9 rear, the supplier asked me what ofset i want as they are custom wheels? Can anyone tell me what the ideal offset is?

Also would 18x9.5 be to big for the rear? its a 89 E30.

Any help would be great

ET35 front and rear would work. This setup will keep fender modifications to a minimum.

18x9.5" will work too, you just might need to work the fenders a bit more. ET30 would be a safe bet for those.

Guys (guys meaning you're not the only one who has done it), please don't PM me the exact same question that you post here. I check this thread constantly, there is no need to PM me as well as post here.

16x9 ET25 works for sure, I'm not positive on ET30. 5mm spacers worst case scenario.

will borbet type-a 16x9 et10 fit? they have 205/40/16 tires on them right now.

think it might have been asked before, but i have an e30 iX, so the offset is a bit different.

suspension is h&r (grey progressive springs) and koni yellow shocks. (i didnt install it, so i dont know specifics on them)

Wheels will be way outside the fenders on an iX. It will look SUPER Euro, and you would need to be MUCH lower suspension-wise to pull it off. I wouldn't do it.
