All 4 corners will need to be heavily modified to fit those wheels, especially the rears. A lot of bodyshop time, and in all honesty expect to have to paint the car afterwards.

does rolling and pulling the fenders weaken then at all? with the euro look strech tires and wheels sitting under the fender(or just outside of them), do tires hit the fenders, because in some pictures they look really close, is this just for show or can you actually drive like this with the wheels sticking out a bit?
Is there any other problems or dramas I will or could face with fat wheels like this?

Yes, it will weaken them. Often these cars you see with "euro" wheels do rub, and the ones that don't are never running 255'-width tires. Think 215 at the most to fit under non-pulled fenders.

So it would be safe to run these on front
front 9x18 ET 13 tyres 215/35-18 or even 8.5x18 et13 same tyres
and with a bit of fender rolling to run
rear 9.5x18 ET 13 tyres 235/30-18
What do you think?
I love the euro look and what a daily driver. so it can't rub on the fender, don't mind if it rubs on the inner wheel well.

That's still extremely aggressive. Plan to spend a long time with a fender roller, and you better have a very aggressive suspension.

Think about it this way. Wheels that are 1.5" narrower with 10mm narrower tires plus a 7mm higher offset still rub badly.

What is the max width wheel and tyre setup you could fit on an E30 without any fender mods? You say 215 is the max tyre that would fit a a 9" wheel, so would 9" be max for an E30 without rolling.
What of I use no spacers on that previous setup, 9" on front and 10" on rear, would that work, and I have H&R Coilover's setup on my car. is that what you mean by aggressive?

Whatever will still mount a 215 tire is relatively safe. 9" wide seems to be the max for a 215, especially for 18" rims (less sidewall to work with). There are people running 10" rims with 215 tires, but don't do it.

Your setup simply will not work without some bodywork. Those wheels are massive. And H&R coilovers are fairly soft, but better than 60/40 springs.

Prices include shipping, too (but not taxes/duties).

I'm looking for a lightweight 16 (possibly 15) inch wheel. Something affordable but still performance oriented. I'm interested in autocross but these 17x7's are pigs. Thanks!

To get started in autocross, stock bottlecaps or basketweaves with Falken RT-615. This setup will be enough for years, you won't be competitive anyways.

If they were 15x8 ET18 before, then they are now 15x9 ET5.

To fit those, you will need undersized and stretched tires, along with rolled fenders. If 205/50/15 will mount go for that, otherwise a 215 will have to do.
