Yeah. ET25 is actually closer to ideal.

How about a 16x7" rim with a 35mm offset and 205/50/16 tires? Any chance of that fitting without spacers?

Probably not. My borbets are ET35 are ET35 16x7.5, and they just touch the strut. You won't know for sure until you try, but it will look funny (wheels fare inside the well)

It should stick out 11mm more than the stock bottle cap though right? So I wouldn't think it would look that weird.

If the 16's you're considering clear the calipers and struts, they should look "decent." Big "IF" on the fitment though, it really depends on the shape of the spokes and how beafy the bead seat on the wheel is.

Alright, good to know. I guess I could always buy them, do a test fit, and if they don't fit I could always get some 8mm spacers, which should fix any issues. Hopefully.
Thanks for the help.

Go for 15mm hubcentrics, baller effect . I love wheels flush with fenders, but it is pricier (I got a deal, $150 for a set of 4 with longer bolts).

That's a wicked deal. Everywhere I've looked the 15mm ones are double the price of the 8mm. That's why I was kinda leaning towards those. But If I could find a set of 15mm for that price, I would be all over it.

They should fit with several mm to spare. Going on what Axxe said if those tires have huge curb protection bands or something like that you'll be in trouble, but I'm almost positive you'll be fine.
And also, don't ever use 8mm spacers, since they are too thin to have hubcentric lips (unless they have oversized bores on the wheel side). They take all of the load off the hub, and only the lugs/bolts will be supporting the car. Even if you don't get vibrations, it's a serious safety issue.

Anyone running a 245/35/17 on the rear?
It seems that it should fit with a 25mm offset and rolled fender lips...
