whats the difference between good/bad pocket bike

is this a good pocket bike? $400.. do all the pocket bike only have 1 speed?

first of all there are 2 different types of smaller bikes:

1) pocket bike (really, really small and very useless)
2) mini bike (small but you can actually sit comfortably)

In my opinion mini bikes are better value for your money. If you're interested
I have one for sale brand new $550.
