Enjoy it!
the katana was tits up they never got it running good and the motor had to be taken apart again for another defective part so the guy gave me my money back and i went and bought this the next day!

check coils - common problem on older bikes. Once the bike warms up.... no spark.

You are confusing it with the FZ600, which did have a steel frame...The FZR600 has aluminum frame, but much heavier then the FZR400...41 pounds vs only 21 on the 400!!! Thats the reason most people put 600 motors in a 400 frame....you get at hell of a bike! and still pay dirt cheap insurance!

P.s congrats Jay! too bad i didnt get to see it yesterday...

Im getting a bike end of next month, and still debating on what to get... I like Kawi z1000, and for the same price there's used Busas also very sweet. AND! I like few Choppers for that price too... cant make my freaking mind.

IMO i dont like heavy bikes....get something smaller, you still hava almost same acceleration, (under 3 sec for most modrn 600cc) but it will handle better...and more fun!

Get a BUSA..... if you sat on one, you'd know what i'm talkin about, that bike is not made for the vertically challenged, and since your a pretty big guy, this one would probably be most comfortable for you!

Sure but with this KRAZY ****EN insurance rate, I have to either:

1.Ride it with Fake insurance

2 Ride it with real insurance and pay somthing like a zillion dollars per year, its one of the most expensive bikes to ensure.

3. ride with no insurance and someday get a ticket for 5000 and it still would be cheaper then a year of insurance for Busa.

4. get kawi z1000 get insurance and enjoy riding.

hmmm

you could afford an e55 and to insure it.. but you can't afford to just insure whatever bike you want?

Heh, thats is the thing i Can but i think that paying somthing like 5000 for a bike insurance is way too much. Would you buy a piece of bred for 999.99?

In Europe to ensure the hayabusa would be 500 bucks maximum.
