wow, you were way above the limit. haven't seen results like that in a while.
you can try to replace the o2, but u probably need a new cat.

check your cat and o2....i remember my egr valve on my old car was messing it up to.

also b4 you run your test, go grab a 4L jug of Methyl Hydrate in the paint section @ canadian tire. Pour the entire thing in the tank and fill the tank with 94. Then boot it on the highway to get everything nice and hot, and run the car on the rollers....

^^^^ Exactly what he said! I've heard that urban legend before and apparently it will help 'anything' pass. Just make sure to put fresh gas in right after.

Another option for a cat is just get a Universal Cat welded in. I was going to go that route on my 325is but it has like 2 cats side by side and a few of the local shops I talked to said it wasn't possible.

but if 320 is single cat than throw on a $110 Universal cat and you're laughing.
