Krown, is it worth it

Pick up a 2000 323ci Cab with 38,000km.
So it has not seen winter.
The car will be my wife daily drive and I do not have a garage.
Is it worth it to have it Krown?

My 97 528i has been through every winter and was never rustproofed. It doesn't have a spot of rust. The problem with many rust proofing places is that you are required to have it redone every year to make the warranty viable. I don't think modern cars rust like they use to.

Is it true it's better to get it rustproofed twice a year? after winter, when the salts start to liquify, and once before winter ?
