My car was treated with Krown before I bought it. The guy that worked there said there were holes drilled in the spots where they normaly do it. The reason why they do it is....so the spray can get into the hard to reach areas of the car to prevent rust.

So long story short.........I never had rust problems where they drilled.

yea drilling holes is necessary for doing a complete rust proofing...i work at walmart in the shop there to pick up some money on the side and get some basics and yea they watch me very closely while im drilling ... and O YEA...you CAN NOT roll down your windows for at least a week...trust me on this one ...or else the windows will be a mess cuz it hasnt had time to settle..my 0.02

i got my car rust proofed at rust check neat oakville budds bmw.
the drilled holes in certain areas and i havent had any problems.
the plugged the holes with rubber plugs.
get ready for it to drip for about a week though, the dripping makes sure the oil gets into all the cracks.

the dripping gets pretty bad...depends how much and where it's sprayed.
if you don't want your driveway markedup...put cardboard under your car for awhile

Its litrally a 2 min drive from my house (at Markham rd + Lawrance)... KROWN has a locked in nation-wide price of $109.95, I got a hold of a $5off coupon

So i'm paying $104.95... with taxes... $120.

I'm gonna do it once every 2 years. I gave the car a perfect cleaning today.

I also have a hard time drilling into my Bimmer, but I did the Jeep and Honda Odyssey right away without thinking. I usually do it annually in early December, just before the salt.

BTW, after the holes are drilled in all the right spots, you can buy a can of Rust Check from Crappy and do it yourself for 6 bucks.
