WOW. They must've been moving fairly fast for that to happen.

Truck in front's rear bumper never touched the bimmer's bumper (were the airbag sensor is) so just tore above the bumper off, grill hood top of engine ect.... instead of deploying the air bag. That is the reason your supposed to be able to see the rear tires of the vehicle in front of you when at light's & intersections and for traffic to start from a stop light faster.
Beleive it or not (insurance wise) the bimmer is 100% at fault for rear ending the truck despite the obvious cause.

Not really, the Honda couldn't of pushed up those cars, it's nearly impossible. Looks like the TrailBlazer braked hard and everyone else went diving in.

exactly what i was thinking.. its the only way thats possible, I am sure there is quite alot of ground clearence between the rear bumber and the concrete when an SUV slams its breaks.
mustve been alot of tailgating

I have seen one like this in person: a Saturn rearended a Jetta (Mk2)...the VW is so high and the Saturn front is so "sharp" that it went under the Jetta, SO FAR that the front bumper was almost tuching the FRONT wheels of the VW!!!
What is funny is that the VW was stoped with the hazzard lights on, in the right lane of a clear, straight road in perfect weather conditions!!! How the hell do you miss a stoped car on an empty 4 lane road, and hit it!!! LoL
