As long as the parking lot isn't open to the public, like blocked enterances, and the owners give you permission, there isn't a problem.

It depends who you ask.
But when I was riding, we asked a cop where we can ride, he said any private property is OK. He even told me and more bro a good spot where we can ride. It was a some park's parking lot.

So it really depends on the cop, but if you wanna know the real answer to your question, call a traffic lawyer.

i just had teh smartest idea!!! the teacher on duty at my residence is a part time cop so i JUST asked him and he said: its private property so you're allowed to do whatever you want as long as you have permission (written) by the owner, because someone else can call the cops and complain and if you have permission theres nothing they can do about it. He said "always cover your butt" That answers all your questions basically go riding, and where is this parking lot, i wouldn't mind riding on it either
