Ya I saw that too! They told me I had fast time, but results show you beating me! I still think it is weird that I am in a faster class than you guys with the Mini's though! Oh well, more of a challenge for me!

I was looking at the first week's results though, and I got a 55 flat, but they show a 55.8 or something as my fast time....oh well!

No issue Randy but when you set the FTD with a car from the lowest class you want the credit. LOL My time was a 54.01 so unless Steve got into the 53's. I was targeting the 53's and I think with 1-2 more runs I would have done it.

Steve, you're not in a faster class that the Cooper S - But I was in a regular Cooper, all 115hp of it. Is this your first season doing this? If so I am VERY impressed.

Ya this was only my second autocross ever, the first one being last months! I have done some driving schools out west in the past ( 4 or 5 ) though, even though that is quite different from autocrossing, some of the things you learn can still be applied to autocrossing, and obviously has helped me do pretty well!

Minis

One of you guys in a Mini have to take me on a run through the cones next time! I just want to see the difference. They literally look like go-karts on the course. very cool.

I promise to do much better in the next one! 57s (something) + 4 damn cones just pisses me off!!!!

Excellent driving Steve. Love the fact that it's 'stock', like mine! Well besides the software....

U guys should run some PITL events. There are some pretty serious guys who run in that series.

I think cost is 30 an event and it includes lunch.

Pitl

They do them all at the Hershey Ctr in Mississauga. There's one this Sunday - May7th. It's their 1st for this year's season. I was thinking of coming out....at least to watch. From the people I've talked to....the course is noticeably 'wider' than the ones we've done so far with Trillium.

All the info is on that page. Great events I try to get to a couple a year.
