So when you say outside, do you mean the camera is mounted around the driver door area looking at the front wheel? That's such a sick angle!
I'd love to use the mount for a run. Rodo MIGHT be coming so he could film but it's always shaky and the outcome is not very good. With the mount, everything would be still and perfect..
Can you send me a PM about pricing and what cameras would fit on the mount?
Thanks!
P.S. I can't wait for Sunday...

Hey rico, you say ur buddy has a mount...is he charging other people to use it or is he letting other people use it..?

If your headrest width is the same an the E36's I can put a mount in your car. I'm in the process on making an Autocross 2005 video for maxbimmer so if I could get a chance to get one of your in-car runs that would be cool. To save you the hassile I can even send you the clips (via online) of your runs; that's what I normally do with Thinair. I'll pretty much have two cameras rolling at the same time, one for in-car and the other I will be filming from the outside view.

I couldn't imagine much difference in the headrest widths so it should fit.
I'd be more than happy to contribute to the 2005 Max Autocross Video!

Come on down! I'll warn you though....you'll want to sign up after you watch a couple of cars go through! Mark my words. Call me if you want more info.

Ha, for sure...that's what I'm worried about. It'll make me not sell my car...which I can't afford to do. I'm going to try and show up. I may call you tomorrow to get some details.

Okay, lets meet at Krispy Kreme on Mavis @8:00am sharp. I'll most likely be in a silver SMART car with Xenon lights.

Looks like I'm out for this month's race, I nearly took off the end of my finger working on the car yesterday. It's kinda hard to grip the damn wheel or shifter with a small cast on your ring finger.
Have fun boys.

One of my rear wheel bearings is toast, so I dunno if I'll be there either.....

I guess so
I won't be at the auto-x for sure, both my cars are non-working, and I doubt my mom will let me bring her E34.
