You probably mean 70,000 volts. When they say LOW current, they mean ULTRA LOW. It does not take much current at all to kill a person.
Also, stun guns are considered an ILLEGAL WEAPON in Ontario.

My friend used to have a 700,000 volt stun gun....he got it off ebay and one day he got pulled over and the cops searched the car finding the stun gun....dude spent a night in jail and then DA told him to plead guilty and spend 7 days in jail or hire a lawyer for a couple of grand...
Stun guns legal in canada? its illegal in NY but the guy still shipped the stun gun to NY to my friend...

yea but thats controlled voltage from 2V-25V, or more (i'm still in therapy for my neck and back, i have scholiosis however the hell you spell it) but not anything close to a magnitude of "700,000", or so he proclaims, volts
