Where: Otto's BMW on Hunt Club.
What: Meet up and drive to Otto's BMW. Check our cars into the valet service, have a drink or two, and admire the new e90.

Yeah, somewhat.
I got my invite in the mail yesterday. I went to the new 5 series reveal last fall and I was surprised at how many people were there. There's lots of food and drinks...and they don't ask if you have an invitation.
Basically, you'll roll through Otto's drive thru service section. A photographer will snap photos of you and your BMW. You give the keys to the valet service and you go enjoy the cars, food, and drinks for free.

BTW...this is a dress up type thing...mostly suits and dresses.
or...
golf course type clothes for me (Dress pants/collar shirt).
